CANTILEVER RACK
The UNARCO Cantilever Rack system
is designed to manage loads of varying length and proportion.
They can be completely accessible from the front without any of the
horizontal restrictions of traditional pallet rack. Without
front column obstruction, the entire length of the rack may be used
for storage. For added flexibility, loads of differing lengths
may be stored on the same rack and even at the same level.
Cantilever rack is the ideal solution for storing
long or heavy items such as: Pipe, tubing or lumber. In
addition furniture, carpet rolls or building materials odd-sized
dimensions store exceptionally well and are removed without damage
due to excessive maneuvering around vertical or horizontal
obstructions.
UNARCO's welded one piece column and base makes
assembly a snap. Cantilever arms are locked into the
column in the down position before the entire system is lifted
into the up position and installed in its storage location.
Cantilever rack is designed for
single and double sided column use. Columns are
pre-punched on both sides for conversion from single-sided to
double-sided layouts.
Key-Wedge Pin
Connector
The
key-wedge pin connector is superior to racks that use
conventional bolts and nuts. When comparing shear strength, one
UNARCO pin is equivalent to five, 5/8 inch bolts. Just one pin
replaces up to four bolts, washers and nuts used in competitor’s
systems. The key-wedge pin does not move on the column from the
impact of loading and unloading and is adjustable in 3”
increments. |
