Standard carton flow rack from any manufacturer can be assembled with a variety of gravity flow options. This can include single lane snap in carton flow tracks or full-width conveyor units. RhinoDeck full-width carton flow lanes can take the place of multiple single lanes and provide more flexibility within any warehouse carton flow rack system.
RhinoDeck roller dimensions come in various widths to fit all of your carton sizes. Carton flow lanes are available in 6″, 9″, 12″, and 15″ wide rollers.
The overall height of the track units is 1.28″ for any of these roller lengths, providing a low-profile for more product storage height.
Carton flow rack roller/track capacities are generally limited by the track support spacing. All RhinoDeck and RhinoTrac lane capacities exceed individual snap-in track current capacities.
Carton flow rack systems can be configured to maximize all of the carrying capacity of RhinoDeck by adding additional supports and attachments.
Different length roller units can be combined in the same bay and are easily re-configurable with no tools required. Units can be lifted from one bay and placed in another or moved from side to side within the same bay.
