STEEL AXLE CARTON FLOW TRACKS

UNARCO's complete carton flow system now includes a steel axle carton flow track.  Heavy-duty steel axle tracks with abuse-resistant 1.125" diameter polyethylene rollers provide the smoothest flow in the industry.

The specially engineered steel axle tooth design allows closer wheel placement for more reliable flow.  Carton flow wheels are placed on 1.5" centers for carton support.

Galvanized side channels and durable design make Carton Trax perfect for freezer applications and food storage.

It just flows better... The reason that Carton Trax flows better is chromate coated axles.  This premium design provides greater corrosion resistance and smoother carton flow.

UNARCO heavy duty steel axle carton flow tracks will work with both UNARCO U-PICK knock down carton flow designs and K-PICK welded shelf carton flow designs.

Carton Trax systems are gravity-driven and perfect for applications with numerous SKUs. Stock presents on a First-In/First-Out basis, which ensures inventory rotation. Separating the loading aisle from the retrieval aisle allows pickers to operate more efficiently.

Carton Flow, with its tilted shelves which improve visibility and order accuracy, is the perfect answer for split case or piece picking. Other options, such as impact decks and intermediate supports, can help guard against warehouse abuse and prolong system longevity. Carton Flow can be integrated with conveyors and other storage solutions to create functional pick modules and warehouse product picking efficiency.
