RHINODECK CARTON FLOW RACK COMPONENTS
RHINODECK's sturdy composition along with its added capacity and
durability over other manufacturers' products comes from solid
engineering and construction. The Astel bushing provides
superior flow and durability. When coupled with the 0.75" diameter
aluminum diamond embossed rollers, loads placed on RHINODECK will
flow forward to the picking position smoothly.
RHINODECK incorporates rigid side channels that
are 1.1" high and
manufactured with galvanized steel for long lasting support. These
side channels are integrated with the rollers to ship as a unit that
simply drops into the carton flow racking. No hanger brackets
or installation tools are needed. It is easy to relocate tracks
as SKU sizes change or your system grows. Fewer adjustments
are required due to the flexible nature of full-width rollers. |
