Patented T-Bolt Pallet Rack has been around for a long time and has become the installation of choice for bolted pallet rack designs. No other bolted pallet rack connection installs easier than the front-only, easy locking T-Bolt pallet rack.
Roll-formed and continuously welded, UNARCO T-Bolt Pallet Rack support beams are durable and easy to install. The full range of lengths spanning from 36″-192″ are manufactured with many different gauges to match the capacity you need with affordable pricing.
UNARCO offers a diverse assortment of T-Bolt Pallet Rack beam heights to accommodate the storage flexibility of low-profile beams as shallow as 2-1/2″ high up to the sturdy 6″ high profile for longer-lengths and heavy loads.
The 1-5/8″ vertical step design allows you to use standard-size wire decking or lumber to complete the shelving surface. A 1″ horizontal ledge offers a sizable surface to support decking material and crossbar ties and accessories.
The standard T-Bolt connection has a bolt on each end which holds the beam in place. T-Bolt Pallet Rack beam connections are available in 6″ connection clips to 12″ connection clips for high seismic design areas. UNARCO Engineering can meet any capacity with a design that is efficient and affordable.
The slots for T-Bolt insertion align with the holes on the uprights for 3″ vertical adjustability. UNARCO closed-tube SuperPost pallet rack uprights install easily with the T-Bolt connection and are available in a wide variety of column sizes.

T-Bolt beams are roll-formed from cold-rolled steel through UNARCO's exact manufacturing process and mills. Profiles up to 6" tall allow storage of heavy loads with efficient gauge options for needed capacities. T-Bolt beams are easy to install because the crew does not need to reach into the column. The patented "T" head installs from the aisle. This design makes bolted connections possible with closed tube pallet rack uprights.
