INTERCHANGEABLE PALLET RACKING: BEAM LOCKING DEVICES

UNARCO's Interchangeable pallet racking offers a variety of locking devices designed to meet any of your special warehousing needs or assist you in adding onto your existing racking from other manufacturers. The patented Gravity Lock, our most popular connection, is the easiest to install in the industry and cannot be "sprung". The locking pin is raised as the beam is inserted and then will rest in place once the beam seats. The beam is locked and held in place by the force of gravity even as forklifts or pallet loads below cause uplift. It is safe and simple. The locking mechanism is built into the beam connector so it cannot be lost or misplaced.   Relocating beams is a snap and requires no tools.

Traditional spring-clip locking devices which match older existing rack or other manufacturers' designs are also available on beams.

Both the Gravity Lock and traditional spring-clip connectors have heavy-duty studs, specially designed to lock into keyholes. UNARCO offers different sizes of connectors to meet your capacity requirements. All are engineered to prevent accidental disengagement and keep beams locked in place even in the most active warehouse.
