WAREHOUSE STORAGE RACK

 UNARCO continues to manufacture a wide range of roll-formed storage racks to meet any warehouse storage rack requirement.  As the main component of every warehouse storage rack system, selective Pallet Rack can be used as stand alone storage racks for pallet storage or as part of complex engineered warehouse storage rack system for Pallet Flow Pick Modules or Carton Flow.

Numerous gauges and post sizes can accommodate any warehouse storage rack capacity requirement and UNARCO manufactures both C-section and the SuperPost closed tube upright to satisfy the most stringent storage rack designs.

Warehouse storage racks are available with the following connections:

Interchangeable:  Fits all major manufacturers’ interchangeable storage racks.

T-Bolt:  Patented T Bolt storage rack bolted connection allows for the easiest bolted installation available.

Interchangeable Pallet Rack is an interlocking warehouse storage rack design with teardrop shaped punching on 2” centers along the face of the upright columns.  This storage rack connection is often referred to as Teardrop Rack.  Storage rack beams are secured by different locking connections including the patented Gravity Lock and various spring lock designs, which also allow for convenient relocation.

T-Bolt Pallet Rack is a rigid, bolted warehouse storage rack design punched on 3” vertical centers that is installed without having to reach inside the storage rack column, thus saving time and money.  The T-Bolt head simply inserts through the storage rack beam connector and column and is locked into place with by a quarter-turn.  It is easily tightened at the front of the post.  In addition to being the fastest warehouse storage rack installation in the industry, this front-end-only connection also offers the structural strength of bolting.

Both T-Bolt rack and Interchangeable pallet rack designs feature all-welded construction for maximum storage rack strength and stability.  UNARCO can manufacture 40’ continuous rolled columns and create splicing channels for taller warehouse storage rack systems.  Modernized equipment with automatic and robotic welding, coupled with trained AWS certified welders ensure adherence to manufacturing tolerances and facilitate storage rack installation.

State-of-the-art powder coat paint systems apply an extremely durable and corrosion resistant finish to the storage racks that will last for years to come.
