UNARCO has recently invested millions of dollars in the installation of three new powder-coat paint lines with state-of-the-art painting equipment and an automated process that guarantees a superior paint finish for the long-lasting, durable life of your pallet rack project.
Nearly 8,000 feet of conveyor transport parts are sprayed by more than 3,000 cleaning heads through multi-stage washers to ensure a clean product before paint is applied. Each tank holds over 10,000 gallons of water that is filtered, recycled, and replenished every minute.
After the part is clean, laser-guided equipment steers dozens of paint guns to directly cover every pallet racking surface through an electrostatic process that provides full product coverage.
Parts are then transferred to ovens with over 8 million BTUs of heat per booth, where specially formulated polymer resins liquify, bond to the metal, and cure for a solid coating.
All rack and components are then packaged and banded together to ship to your jobsite for installation with a strong finish that is resistant to scratches and will last for years.
