[wp-svg-icons icon=”checkmark-2″ wrap=”i”]answer: Open The Rack Engine and click on updates and it will begin automatically.  Download times vary depending on your internet connection speed.  If you have trouble, contact Rick Benton at UNARCO – 1-800-862-7261.

[wp-svg-icons icon=”checkmark-2″ wrap=”i”]answer: The Rack Engine will catch you up.  You simply click on the run updates tab and it will automatically bring your program up to date.

[wp-svg-icons icon=”checkmark-2″ wrap=”i”]answer: The update time is solely dependent on the speed of your internet connection.  Some updates may be performed in 1 minute or less and larger updates can take up to 5 minutes on a typical home broadband connection.

[wp-svg-icons icon=”question” wrap=”i”] How can I get back to the pallet rack system DESIGNER step-by-step module after I have created a bill of materials?

[wp-svg-icons icon=”checkmark-2″ wrap=”i”]answer: Go back to the PALLET RACK module on the main screen and continue to the LOAD DESIGN page.  After verifying the load, Click on the LOAD DESIGN button to re-enter the step-by-step guide.
