UNARCO's complete Carton Flow Track System now includes a sturdy, plastic wheel, full bed of rollers, and carton flow lane that is abuse-resistant. Dura-Flo D2 is a low-profile carton flow that can fit any existing carton flow shelving unit without the need for tools or onsite track assembly.
The specially engineered carton flow lanes drop right into any existing system. Replace an old, damaged track and divider systems quickly with pre-assembled drop-in shelves that fit nearly every manufacturer's carton flow shelving units.
The 18-gauge galvanized side channels and durable design make Dura-Flo D2 perfect for any application in any environment. Cases and cartons flow better with the heavy-duty self-lubricating axles and 1.125" diameter wheels and rarely hang up when adjusted to the proper pitch.
UNARCO low-profile carton flow lanes will work with both UNARCO U-PICK knock down carton flow designs and K-PICK (Kingway Carton Flow Rack) welded shelf carton flow designs.
The D2 systems are gravity-driven and perfect for applications with numerous SKUs. Stock presents on a First-In/First-Out basis, which ensures inventory rotation. Separating the loading aisle from the retrieval aisle allows pickers to operate more efficiently. Lane indexers can be added to help control SKUs and keep cartons organized to keep labor costs down.
Tilted shelves can be added to improve visibility and order accuracy. Carton Flow is the perfect answer for split case or piece picking. Other options, such as impact decks and intermediate supports, can help guard against warehouse abuse and prolong system longevity.

D2 low-profile carton flow lanes will hold up to the demanding, heavy-picking operations of busy distribution centers. Carton flow shelves with a minimum of 24" center supports will have in excess of 50 lbs. per square foot of capacity, and axles and wheels are rated at a higher capacity than the side channels. A D2 lane provides the most vertical clearance and has the highest capacity of any low-profile carton flow unit.
